Hey Flash Squad, we hope you are staying safe and healthy while figuring out this new way of life. Like many, we have found ourselves feeling the effects of the COVID-19 quarantine. It is normal to feel yourself becoming stir crazy and in need of some self-care.

Here are a few quarantine tricks to keep yourself feeling calm and happy while at home.

Practice Self Love:

  • Meditate
  • Take a bath
  • Get some exercise
  • Do a face mask
  • Get some fresh air
  • Disconnect from social media
  • Spend time with family
  • Cook your favorite foods
  • Paint
